Reservation and Cancellation Policy

At Urla Köstem Müze Otel, we value a transparent and straightforward booking process for our guests. The following reservation and cancellation terms are provided to help you plan your stay with confidence.

Reservation Terms

Reservations can be made via phone, email, or our website.
A partial prepayment may be requested to confirm the booking.
Bookings with prepayment are considered confirmed.
During the reservation, check-in/check-out dates, number of guests, and any special requests must be clearly stated.

Reservation Changes

Requests for date changes are subject to availability.
At least 7 days’ notice is required for date changes.
Modified reservations may be subject to updated pricing based on current rates and availability.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the prepayment or can be transferred to another date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
In the case of early departure during the stay, remaining nights are non-refundable.
Bookings made under the non-refundable 10% discount plan cannot be cancelled.

No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive on the day of check-in without notice, it will be considered a “no-show,” and the prepayment will not be refunded.
